Cancellations are not accepted past 24 hours of orders.

Returns are not permitted. Each set of nails is created after you order it, making it a custom set of nails. That said, if there are sizing issues, please let me know. I will work with you to find a resolution. Please make sure when you measure your nails you follow my instructions. I make your nails based on your measurements. If you have any questions at all, please let me know and I can offer options.
